By using Resource Management System (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets coordinators create resource-collection sessions and allows participants to upload files to those sessions. Creators can view, search, and download all submitted resources.
Session creators must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Participants who join without signing in are identified only by the display name and ID they provide.

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By uploading, you grant the Service a limited license to store and serve those files to the session creator (and, if the session is public, to anyone with the session URL).
When a creator marks a session as public, all uploaded resources in that session become accessible to anyone with the session URL, without authentication. Creators are responsible for ensuring participants consent to public sharing before enabling this setting.
The free tier supports up to 99 participants per session and a maximum file size of 50 MB per file. These limits may change with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that uploaded files will be retained indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or loss of uploaded data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
